Meet Friendship Mage, your favorite hero whom you haven't heard of yet. Created by Martin Rosner, the genius behind Hot Paper Comics, this warrior in a blue hat is all about, you guessed it, friendship. And even though Martin's artistic background consists only of him drawing in his free time, the wholesome adventures of this lovely character are as pleasing as they can get. From mentoring his pupil to finding inner peace, I'm almost certain these comic strips will put a smile on your face.

"I'd describe my cartoon drawings' style as very minimalist, with a bit of color and amateurish linework," Martin told Bored Panda. His funny comics remind us of War and Peas or C-Casandra in the sense that they're really compact. "I make comics in 3-4 panels because it's usually enough to tell the joke or story I have in mind."
"I touch upon themes of comedy and mental health. I avoid current political topics. I like talking about comedy and mental health, and politics just isn't something I enjoy," the artist explained about his sense of humor.
Since the young Croatian started creating webcomics, he's got the chance to talk to a lot of cool authors as well which really helped him develop as an artist. Extra Fabulous Comics, Mr. Lovestein, and Perry Bible Fellowship being some of them. "I had been reading them for years and talking to them has been surreal," he said.
I'm pretty antisocial and not outgoing (I hate parties!) but I have a huge circle of friends. I guess it's because I'm a good listener, and genuinely enjoy hearing people tell their stories or talk about their interests.
I really want to want to listen, but I just can't make myself care about the minutiae of most peoples lives. I care about people, but endless small talk is just exhausting.
Load More Replies...I will lend a friendly ear, or shoulder to cry on when a friend is in need, but I won't let people dump their problems on me, or let them rabbit on endlessly. Sometimes we just gotta take a break and give ourselves a time out..or we end up not caring at all.
