I am a small jeweller in a town and I face many rude coustmers here shouting in my shop when they have no knowledge of what they are saying, it is very irritating but I can't ask them to leave or shout on them as I am a small jeweller as people will completely stop coming to my shop but I am very much disturbed by this can anyone help me and provide me some tips?

Try to ignore them and just be professional. Most often people who are the loudest and/or the most obnoxious are just trying to get a reaction. Once they realize they won’t they’ll probably get bored and leave to find a different victim.

    I’m usually very polite and professional, up to a point. I have, on several occasions, stopped engaging and walked away in the middle of a tirade.
