It does however provide vitamin C, fiber and carbohydrates to compensate for the amount of damage you did while drinking too much of a substance that's kinda harsh on yer body. And sure, the simples sugars helps too. For a less dense solution, literally in your tummy, take a multivitamin and a high dose vitamin c with a large glass of water or two. I don't do hangovers.
