If they aren't doing testing or providing treatment you believe they should say " I would like you to note in my chart that you are deciding to not move forward with any testing or treatment despite symptoms XYZ. I will then need a printed copy of these chart notes with your signature" They are legally required to note in your chart if you say this and they know it's the first step towards filing malpractice to have chart notes where they say they aren't testing or providing treatment. It's proof of negligence. They will most likely reverse course and offer testing or treatment. If they don't you still have them on record as refusing to provide tests and treatment.

This was 6 years ago according to the reddit Post.The only update was this: You're right. I need to give them a month's notice before I evict them. Whatever went down was very recent, and I'm actually going to give them a month's notice. The one week thing was something I said in the heat of the moment, but my lawyer told me that I need to give them a month. I'm okay with this. My sister is back home again, and I'll be living there with her for a month. I'm worried about him challenging the will, but our family lawyer says that he doesn't have much ground to stand on since the properties willed to me and my sister weren't marital properties.

I don’t know if there’s further steps to find them? I don’t know. I sent her “wyd” because this is how he texts when he is bored. She said she was in bed I said I (he) was in bed too watching succession. She asked if I was sleeping. Then it didn’t take long before she started sexting. In a way that made it obvious that they’ve done it multiple times. I ended it quickly because honestly I felt nauseous. I didn’t want to sext her. I sent myself all the evidence. Tomorrow I will be moving back to my parents place and start the divorce. I will not tell him why

Designer Socks Give Away Man’s Affair, GF Dumps Him Even Though He Won’t Admit It

OOP aaded this edit in the comments I did tell him the way he spoke to me, made me realize on the spot that for 1. He was likely lying, but for 2. I will never subject myself to be spoken like that and cannot continue to be in a relationship with anyone who can say what he said to their partner. He wants to work it out and think one fight shouldn’t end a 5 year relationship. I let him know that I wouldn’t be giving it a fair chance to work if I stayed, I do not see him the same way I saw him before this conversation. It is unfair to drag it out when I know exactly how I feel right now.
